These terms govern your use of citsvc.com and C.I.T. ERP, provided by Colonial IT Services ("we", "us", "our"), based in Accra, Ghana. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
C.I.T. ERP is cloud business-management software covering point of sale, inventory, finance, HR, and related modules, offered on Starter, Business, and Pro plans. We also provide internet provision, network infrastructure, ICT security, multimedia/AV, custom software development, and managed IT services as separate engagements, scoped and agreed individually.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
Billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, in Ghana Cedis (GHS), at the price shown at the time of purchase. Annual billing charges 10 months' worth of fees upfront for 12 months of access. Prices may change; where we're running a limited-time promotional price, it applies only while that promotion is active and does not carry forward to a renewal charged after the promotion ends.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Paystack, Hubtel, or PaySwitch). We don't store your card details.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including the unused portion of an annual plan cancelled partway through the year, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
Your data
You own the business data you put into C.I.T. ERP — customer records, financial records, and everything else. We act as custodian of that data on your behalf and don't use it for our own purposes. If your account is cancelled or lapses, your data is retained for a reasonable period to allow you to reactivate or export it, then deleted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to attempt to breach its security, to interfere with other tenants' use of the platform, or to resell access without our agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, including daily automated backups, but we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or response time in these terms. If you need a contracted service-level agreement, contact us to discuss a managed IT support arrangement.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
